Over a boisterous production, Boosie’s puts the posers on blast, while DaBaby keeps it triller than most. The track ends with the two referencing their 2016 “Baby Jesus”, which DaBaby paid Boosie $15k to appear on. Period!
On Wednesday (Mar. 17), Boosie Badazz shared the good news that he is cancer free and thanked his fans for their prayers and support. It seems that Boosie has been waiting on the perfect opportunity to release the track because he first spoke about it with VladTV in April 2020.
“We just did a record, I’m waiting on getting it cleared,” Boosie said at the time. “I’m gonna put it on my GOAT Talk 3, [it’s] called ‘Period,’ so shout out to DaBaby.”
