Kendrick Lamar continues to roll out new music ahead of next week’s Black Panther soundtrack, which he’s executive producing with Top Dawg.
After hitting us with songs like “King’s Dead” & “All The Stars,” the TDE frontman decides to come through today and share his newest offering with The Weeknd called “Pray For Me.
Over the trance & cinematic production from Matt Schaeffer, Cardo, Cubeatz, and Sounwave, Abel handles the opening verse & chorus, singing about who’s going to save him from himself.
“Who gon’ pray for me? Take my pain for me?,” he croons before Kendrick comes in for the second verse & lays down his respective bars, rapping aggressively about fighting for whats right & social injustices in the process.
